Frederic Z. Sondik is Vice President and Regional Director of Development for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation and is Project Manager of Flushing Commons, a 1.7-million square-foot mixed-use development project in Flushing, Queens, which the City of New York awarded in 2005 to The Rockefeller Group and its joint-venture partner, TDC Development and Construction Corporation.

Prior to assuming his current position in 2005, Mr. Sondik served as Senior Vice President of Rockefeller Group Business Centers, Inc. There he was responsible for the development, management, and expansion of business centers, which include 630 Fifth Avenue and 1180 Avenue of the Americas in midtown Manhattan, 48 Wall Street in downtown Manhattan, and a location in San Jose, California.

Mr. Sondik joined RGDC in 1991 as a marketing consultant. In January 1993, he was named an assistant vice president, renting. In May 1993, he was named assistant vice president and general manager of the newly formed Rockefeller Group Business Centers, Inc.

Mr. Sondik is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University, and he attended NYU Stern School of Business.
