Michael Sajjadi is Director of Construction, Western Region for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He works primarily on-site at RGDC’s construction projects in Southern California, Arizona, and Utah, overseeing progress and working with construction personnel, contractors, and other project management team members.

Prior to joining RGDC, Mr. Sajjadi was Vice President, Construction for Overton Moore Properties, one of the top real estate developers in Los Angeles County, CA. While at Overton Moore, Mr. Sajjadi was responsible for overall due diligence, entitlement, and construction management efforts for multiple industrial and commercial office projects through final tenant occupancy.

Mr. Sajjadi has also held various construction management positions with Legacy Partners of Irvine, CA; Martin Potts & Associates of Newport Beach, CA; and several other real estate companies in the Irvine/Newport Beach Metropolitan area.

Mr. Sajjadi has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah.
