Greg Korth is Regional Director for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC) responsible for land acquisition, entitlement, development, asset management and dispositions for RGDC’s Irvine California Regional Office, reporting directly to RGDC’s Senior Vice President Development.
Mr. Korth entered the industry in 1987. He has direct industry experience in construction lending, valuation, acquisition, asset management, disposition and development. Mr. Korth joined RGDC in 2006 following a ten-year tenure with Boston based pension fund advisor TA Associates Realty. He and his partner acquired over $400M of assets in 2005 and achieved three-year rolling average acquisitions exceeding $215M annually.
Prior to TA, Mr. Korth was founding principal of Korth Consulting, an independent consulting firm providing out-source expertise for major regional and national, public and private, debt and equity investors seeking advice on commercial real estate analysis, finance, management, and disposition.
Mr. Korth established himself in the industry working as a Commercial Real Property Analyst for CBRE, and as a Senior Commercial Appraiser and Construction Loan Analyst for Sanwa Bank California.
Mr. Korth earned a Bachelor’s Degree from UCLA and an MBA from Thunderbird, Garvin School of International Management. |
