Daniel Healy is Design and Construction Associate in Rockefeller Group Development Corporation’s New Jersey office, where he is responsible for predevelopment and construction activities such the development of the project program and basis of design; procurement and coordination of the design team; budgeting, cost estimating, and pro forma development; value engineering and scheduling; approvals and permitting; construction procurement and subcontracting; construction oversight and quality control; and coordination of tenant activities with the base building construction. Mr. Healy’s responsibilities encompass all projects in the New Jersey region.

Before joining the company in 2006, Mr. Healy was a Senior Project Engineer for Skanska USA. During his eight-year tenure there, he was responsible for project budgeting and cost control; design management; subcontractor procurement and contracting; scheduling; and risk management and quality control on projects valued up to $100 million. Mr. Healy was also responsible for general oversight of all construction activities, onsite management of construction personnel, and client relations.

 Mr. Healy holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Caldwell College, and an OSHA10-Hour training certificate.
