David Gleeson
Property Manager, 1251 Avenue of the Americas

David Gleeson is Property Manager for 1251 Avenue of the Americas. He is responsible for all operations, plans, and activities of the building.
Mr. Gleeson is a longtime employee of The Rockefeller Group, having joined the company in 1983 as a Security Guard, rising over time to positions of increasing responsibility, and eventually becoming the Assistant Property Manager at 1211 Avenue of the Americas. While at 1211, he joined ING Clarion Realty Services as the Assistant General Manager of the building after it was purchased by Jamestown Associates. In 2005 he was invited to join Jamestown Management Corporation, where he assisted in the management of the Chelsea Market, their 1.2-million-square-foot office tower and retail market in Manhattan’s Midtown South area. Mr. Gleeson left that position to rejoin The Rockefeller Group in 2008 as the Property Manager of 1251 Avenue of the Americas.
Mr. Gleeson is a Fordham University graduate with a BA in Economics and Business Administration, and he holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the BOMI Institute. |
