Scott Flatley is Director, Design & Construction for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this position, Mr. Flatley works primarily on-site at RGDC’s construction projects in Southern Florida, overseeing progress and working with construction personnel, contractors, and other project management team members. He began his career with RGDC in July 2007 as Senior Construction Manager.

Prior to joining RGDC, Scott was with Related Group as Development Project Manager, overseeing project development and coastal high rise luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout Florida.

Scott graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management & Civil Engineering and earned his Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from Emory University.
