Brian A. Dollar is Manager, Real Estate Development, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation.  Mr. Dollar assists The Rockefeller Group’s West Coast Region in all aspects of developmen,t including market analysis, financial analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, construction, and marketing.

Before joining RGDC, Mr. Dollar worked for MetLife Real Estate as an Associate in the Equity Investment Group, focusing on acquisitions and asset management. Earlier, Mr. Dollar worked as a Summer Associate with Cushman & Wakefield,as an Analyst with Lend Lease Asset Management Group, and as an Analyst with Jones Lang LaSalle Investment Management Group.

Mr. Dollar has a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.
