Gisele F. de Chabert is Associate General Counsel, Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. Through June 2007, she had been serving as Senior Real Estate Counsel for The Rockefeller Group, responsible for negotiating and finalizing lease agreements and other transactions relative to the company’s development, management, and ownership operations.

Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group in 1999, Ms. de Chabert served as an Associate in the Corporate and Real Estate departments of the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York.

Ms. de Chabert holds a BA degree from Amherst College and a JD degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Following her graduation from law school, Ms. de Chabert served as law clerk to the Honorable Constance Baker Motley, U.S. District Judge for New York.
