Blaise Cresciullo is Director of Operations for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. In this position, Mr. Cresciullo oversees the day-to-day operations for some 10 million square feet of commercial space including 1221, 1251 and 1271 Avenue of the Americas as well as all of the properties RGDC manages for Lehman Brothers in midtown Manhattan.
Mr. Cresciullo joined the company in 1986 as an engineer’s helper. In 1991, he became the Assistant Chief at the Time & Life Building. In this capacity, Mr. Cresciullo was responsible for the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance and maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems.
In 1993 he was named Manager of Engineering Services responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of the refrigeration plant and managing the engineering staff and building operations. Mr. Cresciullo became Property Manager at the Time & Life Building in January of 2001, responsible for managing the two million square foot Class A commercial office tower on the west side of Rockefeller Center.
Mr. Cresciullo is a member of the Building Owners and Manager Association (BOMA) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc. (ASHRAE). |
