Johanna Chervak
Manager
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation
Johanna L. Chervak is Manager, Real Estate Development for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC). In this role she assists in managing development projects and marketing efforts in the New Jersey region.
She formerly held the title of Manager, Real Estate Services. In this role she reviewed and implemented technology and software applications that enhanced property management’s ability to manage their buildings more efficiently and effectively. Ms. Chervak also served as Assistant Property Manager at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, the Time & Life Building. In this capacity, she was responsible for assisting the Property Manager in directing building staff and contract personnel, monthly reporting to Rockefeller Group’s senior management personnel, and preparation and regular tracking of annual operations, maintenance, and capital budgets.
Prior to joining the Rockefeller Group, Ms. Chervak worked for Emmes Realty Services as their Lease Administrator. She was also the Marketing and Leasing Manager for Sarasota Executive Suites in Florida as well as Boyd/Smith Inc Boston, Massachusetts.
Ms. Chervak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate from New York University. She is a member of several real estate industry organizations, including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Industrial / Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. (ICREW). |
