Ronel Borner
Associate Manager, Real Estate Development
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation
Ronel Borner is Associate Manager, Real Estate Development, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation (RGDC). He is responsible for managing the development process of several of the company’s large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects in New Jersey, under the supervision of the Regional Director. This includes the identification, acquisition, entitlement, marketing, and leasing of RGDC properties.
Prior to joining The Rockefeller Group, Mr. Borner was a principal at Acquis Development Corporation, where he was responsible for the development of new residential condominium space in Brooklyn, New York. As a principal, Mr. Borner worked closely with the development team to ensure that the necessary approvals were obtained, construction was successfully completed, and the project achieved its sales goals.
Mr. Borner holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University. He is a member of a number of real estate trade organizations, including NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, and Young Real Estate Professionals of New York. |
