Peter B. Becker is Assistant Vice President, Investments, for Rockefeller Group Development Corporation. He is responsible for the financial analysis for RGDC projects, as well as formulating asset strategies, overseeing due diligence, and guiding program/design development. Representative assignments include: financial and program analysis for multiple mixed use and high-rise residential condominium projects in Westchester and Connecticut, overseeing the development and operational startup of a large data center with Rockefeller Group Technology Solutions, and the financial and program analysis of numerous commercial and industrial projects in California.

Mr. Becker joined the company in 2000 as Director, Investments. Prior to joining Rockefeller Group Development Corporation, he was a principal and the development manager for Joyce Road Associates, LLC, and Soundview Plaza, LLC.

Mr. Becker fluently combines engineering and business and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from New York Maritime College and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
