This renowned 684-acre development in Morris County, New Jersey, already has accommodated more than 4 million square feet of office and industrial buildings. Today Rockefeller Group Development Corporation still owns and manages the ITC Office Park, located in the portion of the park to the east of U.S. Interstate 80. The ITC Office Park, on Interstate 80, is master-planned for development of 2,700,000 square feet of build-to-suit office space. Completed facilities within the ITC Office Park include the former BASF headquarters, a Wyndham Garden Hotel, and an Extended Stay Marriott.
