Towne Air Freight Signs Lease with
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation in Tucson

Logistics Company to Consolidate Operations at Rockefeller Group Distribution Center

PHOENIX, AZ, October 21, 2009– Towne Air Freight (Towne) announced today that the company signed a lease for 17,711 square feet of office and distribution space at Rockefeller Group Distribution Center/Tucson, where the first of three new buildings was completed in May. Towne will consolidate its two existing Tucson locations into the new 113,000-square-foot state-of-the-art distribution building, which will serve as a bonded warehouse.

“We are very excited to welcome Towne to Rockefeller Group Distribution Center/Tucson,” said Mark Singerman, regional director of Rockefeller Group Development Corporation’s Arizona office. “A logistics company with Towne’s reputation and capabilities is an ideal tenant for the space.

Towne will use 2,800 square feet of the space for offices. The remaining space will be used to store imported goods for a variety of clients until the goods are inspected and cleared by customs. Towne’s lease on the space includes five loading docks.

“Towne’s move to Rockefeller’s recently constructed distribution facility is an important upgrade in our service offering and will provide our clients in the Tucson area with a desirable, secure, and TSA-certified (US Transportation Security Administration) facility,” said Kim Sheridan-Rohasek, senior vice president for Towne’s Western Region. “The site is perfect for us and our customers because of its proximity to the Tucson Airport and the I-10 and I-19 freeways and will be our main metro-Tucson hub for years to come.”

The Class-A 100%-concrete building is LEED-certified. It can accommodate up to three more tenants needing space between 28,000 and 33,000 square feet. With Towne’s lease, the building is more than 15 percent occupied
