One million square feet of distribution space at Interstate 4, Exit 38, midway between Tampa and Orlando

Access to more than 8.5 million people within a 100-mile radius |
Rockefeller Group Development Corporation has acquired approximately 113 acres in Lakeland, Florida, near Exit 38 of Interstate 4. On that site, RGDC plans to build a first-class industrial park of more than one million square feet in distribution space. The park will be targeted to large-scale tenants.
A preliminary plan calls for one 590,200-square-foot building, one 440,000-square-foot building, and one 120,000-square-foot building, for a total of 1.15 million square feet. An alternative configuration replaces the largest and smallest buildings with a single 710,000-square-foot building.
The site is located at the former USA International Speedway, midway between Tampa and Orlando. The location is ideal for a company seeking access to more than 8.5 million people within a 100-mile radius. The site has proximity to I-4, I-75, Florida’s Turnpike, the Tampa and Orlando airports, the state’s growing ports, and, in nearby Winter Haven, the proposed CSX Intermodal Center.
