A South Florida Reservation Contact Center for Delta Air Lines was developed in Broward County. The two-story 50,000-square-foot center opened in 2003.
The call center was built to accommodate approximately 400 reservation sales positions and capacity for 900 employees to handle customer calls from North America, the Caribbean, and Latin America, as well as e-mails, faxes, and communications through personal digital assistants.
The development is situated at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Miramar Parkway, in one of southern Florida’s top office markets and is convenient to both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The center incorporated the latest technology to offer customers greater flexibility through increased automated options and faster access to booking and schedule information. It also provided employees with ample on-site parking.
