Rockefeller Group Development Corporation is developing a 24.3-acre site it acquired within Chandler Corporate Center, a master-planned business park in Chandler, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix.
RGDC completed its first structure there in the spring of 2009 — a 70,600-square-foot Class-A office building. The building has received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Silver Certification.
The completed office building offers a ready-to-lease 1,900-square-foot model office suite, contiguous space from 1,800 up to 35,000 square feet, and more than 7 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of office space.
Chandler Corporate Center is at the southwest corner of McClintock Drive and Desert Breeze Boulevard, one-half mile north of Chandler Boulevard. RGDC will build and lease office and flex buildings totaling 248,000 rentable square feet on its site there.
RGDC has approximately 16 acres of its site available for build-to-suit construction or as parcels for sale to users. The 16 acres can accommodate up to 177,400 square feet of office or light industrial space.
